Our experience was BAD. I don’t understand why the person doing my son’s haircut was in such a rush, maybe because the manager told her she can leave after my son’s cut! She got done in 15 minutes. Smh. I specifically asked for a fade and I even showed her a picture of what I wanted to make it easier. She still insisted to just run a #5 clip around his head and do nothing else. I also told her I DID NOT want it lined up and she still lined it up. THE LINES ARE CROOKED (which I knew would happen and why I asked her to NOT line it up!). This was supposed to be a haircut for my son’s birthday and it’s embarrassing what she did to him. I’ll never be back. I rather pay $70 to a REAL BARBER.

I had an exceptional experience with Mary at Sport Clips. Her skill and professionalism resulted in a perfect haircut and trimmed beard. Mary's friendly demeanor made the entire visit enjoyable. A 10/10 experience—I highly recommend her!

My son and husband went together. They did a great job with my 6 year old who was initially a little scared of the buzzers. The girls there were amazing and made him feel like he was getting the works done! He loved it and wants to go back already! Great place!

Great atmosphere and service. All the hair dressers are great. The discontinuation of the punch card for a free haircut is very disappointing. You replaced it with a card to pass out to grow your business. Are you kidding me!! You take away the customers incentive to keep coming and replace it with cards for us to help grow your business and start increasing your prices. Shameful!!!

Great staff always friendly. If you check in online you usually don't have to wait too long. Very kid friendly. My son is not a fan of haircuts and they always do a great job. Highly recommend the MVP the shampoo and massage are worth it. Also, the hot towel is awesome.
